Another Forge Hammer Bug

Hey everyone, I found another bug while playing warrior. This time I was doing my 4th ascendancy and on the 4th floor, I threw my forge hammer and it went off of the map. After it went off of the map, I was unable to recall or throw the hammer. Luckily I got the boon that makes you take no damage until you complete the next room to I was able to kill the final boss with melee and totems. However, it was very bad to "lose" my hammer.
