Kinetic Rain of Impact clarification

The patch notes do not specify whether or not KRoI is usable with mines/totems/etc, but does for it's base counterpart. Can we get an official word on whether or not KRoI is totem/mine able ?

The reason why the base version can't be used with traps/mines/totems is because it triggers Kinetic Anomaly. The transfigured version does not.
