Whats ur "secret hack" for good performance?

Hello everyone.
im using a Ryzen 7 5700X and a 9070XT(16GB) with 32GB Ram, but the overall performance is terrible. What are your go to Settings for good performance? Since Optiscaler can get u banned, any other options? Last bumped on Oct 28, 2025, 4:27:41 PM

But seriously. The game performance is the worst I've ever seen, in any game. One patch its great, then a random hotfix destroys it for 3 months. Just look at the forums, there is no right settings. The whole lot is a mess of RNG. |

It just became so much worse with the 0.3c patch, before it was somewhat better

My PC couldn't really handle it this league so I switched to Geforce Now for it. My performance improved but still had major fps drops in certain situations

Definitely use Graphics>Display Settings>Dynamic Resolution. I feel like I rarely drop frames with this, the game instead scales down the resolution if the GPU is being taxed, but the gameplay remains smooth

This game isn't running right or consistent. Long load screens, bad performance, lag. It is all happening regardless of your rig.
Yesterday after patch. Fullscreen direct x was making my monitor flicker. Same settings I have used since launch. |

Game was running fine for me last week and now its stuttering every couple seconds. :(

no hacks, just all minimal settings, VULCAN renderer, everything minimal. Game still lags badly and slows down to slideshow levels all the time during juiced maps. Diablo 4 works super well on max settings
