[POE2] Arc some times not chaining.

After playing with Arc for sometimes I've noticed that Arc does not chain after the first target sometimes.

It seems to happen mostly when in a Mana Tempest and firing an Arc, and my initial target is very small,for example; the small worms in Abyss,Quill Crab,Coconut Crab to name a few.

It happens quite often against these enemies, So I conclusion I came to is that the extra height from Mana Tempest combined with the short stature of the enemies is causing the Arc to fly into the ground and despawn.
