Quest "Into the Breach" cannot be completed due to missing dialogue options with Zolin

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report an issue I encountered while attempting to complete the quest "Into the Breach" in Path of Exile 2.

When progressing through the quest to the step "Return to Zolin to tell them of your triumph over Xesht", I returned to the hideout and interacted with NPC Zolin. However, no quest-completion dialogue options appeared, preventing me from finalizing the task. This has significantly impacted my progress, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving the matter.

To provide additional context:

I have confirmed that I have not missed any prerequisite steps (e.g., defeating Xesht).
I am using the latest version of the game (v0.3.1c as of [10.24.2025]).
No error messages were displayed during the interaction.

same issue been like a month still not fixed
