The Jade Isles Map Failed

I attempted to start The Jade Isles map, but was unexpectedly disconnected shortly after logging in. I later discovered there had been a patch or maintenance update that I wasn’t aware of. Unfortunately, this caused me to lose a valuable rare waystone, and now the map is marked as “Map Failed,” preventing me from completing it.

Could you please assist with resolving this issue or advise on how I can recover the lost progress and item?

It would be a good idea though to be able to re-try failed maps - my completionist mind hates it when I see a red marker.

Could be some new mechanic - an item that unlocks failed maps.
