"Easy Going" Passive tree and Companion Reservation can not take effect!!!!!

hi ggg, i found that the skill gem "Rhoa Mount" can not interact rightly with the passive point "easy going" which can give 25% reservation for spirit and the passive point "companion reservation" which can give 8% reservation for spirit.
in my test, Rhoa Mount gem skill cost 60 spirit at beginning, when i allocates passive point "companion reservation", then the skill will cost 56 spirit, this progress is right. But when i allocates "companion reservation"and"easy going" together, i expect to get 8% + 25% spirit reservation, which means the gem skill "Rhoa Mount" will cost 60 x 67% = 40 or 41 spirit, but in game now , the "Rhoa Mount" will cost 45 spirit(60 x 75% = 45), which means that the passive point "easy going" can take effect, but the passive point "companion reservation" cant take effect. hope you can see this bug report and give me a feedback, thanks a lot.
