Simulacrum Unable to Continue

Bug is as follows:

Upon completing wave 5/15, the boss was defeated but the model is standing and ambient audio (gurgling from the boss) is still on going. I am unable to begin wave 6/15 because I believe the game still recognizes that the boss is alive.

I have attempted to exit and return the Clearfell Lumbermill Simulacrum entrance from the map device area and still no fix.

Exit to Log in Screen has not fixed the issue.

Exit to Character Selection has not fixed the issue.

Exit Path of Exile has not fixed the issue.

I will have to forfeit the entire run and go and grab 50 more splinters.
