Mana Catalyst and Omen of catalysing is bugged??? please help

Hello Everyone
I was crafting a ring, and I had a prefix slot left.
So I used Neural Catalyst, labeled as Mana modifier, and then I use the Omen of Catalyst to have # to maximum Mana.

I double checked on poe2db, for me all was ok, the only modifier with mana tag is # to maximum Mana; I use a man catalyst so all is good for me.

But What a surprise to see that i rolled Increase fire damage !!
How the F*** is this even possible ? no mana tag on this modifier, I really don't understand

Same shit ahappened to me with an other craft and Catalyst Attribute, I rolled a stat without the Attribute modifier.
Is there an explication ? something I do wrong? please help

It does not guarantee a matching type of modifier, it only increases their chance.

understanding what you read is kinda a critical part of POE, or ya know an important life skill in general..... Like it did exactly what it said it would, your expectations were just off
