Cannot use any skills or portal after opening strongbox

This has happened multiple times now and I've been able to reproduce it about once an hour farming strongboxes.

Clicking on a strongbox sometimes disables all skills and town portal. Dying does not remove this effect. Only logging out and back in removes this

This bug is being reported over and over for the past few weeks. It happens to me (PC) about 25%-30% of the time when I open a strongbox. GGG is surely taking the time with this one.

This is very annoying since you can't do anything (not even open a portal from the toolbar) and the only solution is to exit and login again.
