Attack speed bug

So today i bought gloves with 100% increase of socked items bonus with 3 gems for as total 48% AS. when i remove my old gloves which have 2 gems for as with 100% increase of socked items as total 32% and bonus + 12% AS stat on the gloves which makes it total of 44%. Basic math 48-44 = 4. I should gain 4% AS but instead i am losing AS on all of my skill when i check it ..... from 10.64 attacks per second i went down to 10.2 attacks per second.

Maybe you use Hollow Palm?

falcon dive + accuracy/dex on old gloves by any chance?
