2 Minion Questions [solved]

Amanamu's Gaze in Darkness Enthroned.
Works for Attributes, but not for Minion Damage according to PoB. Or does it? Svallin/Summon Raging Spirits and Minions Deal increased damage if you've used a Minion Skill Recently. Does that work? I assume not, since its not me directly that uses the skill, right? Build: Holy Relic Necro Im bad at math.
