Loading Screen Bug! Need Help!

Can't play the game at all. All of my characters keep getting the load Screen Bug. I also tried creating new characters but same thing. I can still hear the background noise but the gear isn't turning nor does the tool tip change.

Also to note, before this happened the game disconnected me from the Ezomyte Megaliths boss fight twice, once because "I performed to many actions" and the other because of a disconnect. I then tried to join back but was face with a "Game Pause" and closed the game because it didn't unpause. Now I can't get passed the loading screen on any character I make or exist.
