Does barrage count as repeats?

I was wondering if barrage support makes the attacks count as repeats for Fatal Flourish to trigger.

Barrage support adds projectiles to your attack and make you fire projectiles in sequence. Therefore this is just one attack. Therefore Fatal Flourish will make you fire twice as many projectiles, they all will be in sequence (because of barrage). Only second half of projectiles will get 60% more damage bonus.
