the meta skills need a rework

weapon users simply equip a herald and it works immedietly.

meta skills need a lot of energy and higher levels to start working properly.

it would be simple to scale them linearly with the number of spell repetitions.

it is pretty disappointing to equip cast on freeze when I unlock it and have it only release a spell every few packs instead of every pack.

just make it linear.
