Orb of Whittling cost (as I see it right now and in its typical price range) = 4577 tribute
My current amount of tribute from four altars = 2443

Do you see a basic math problem here?

I am unable to acquire the Omen of Whittling. The game just flaunts it in my face periodically, letting me know that I can never heave it.

Not cool. Please fix the costs to make items attainable.
