What happens to the dust and vegetables that are already there?
is something being transferred to the standard?

Someone responded to this question with a test they did. They manually migrated a character to standard. The resources migrated, the workers did not. but they also already had workers in kingsmarch on standard.

I believe the current assumption is that resources will migrate.
