Headhuneter
| So now that Headhunter got cheaper and I was able to get one for 8 Divines, it honestly feels underwhelming compared to the experience in POE1. POE2 doesn’t offer enough movement speed to keep stacking the buffs the way it did in POE1. The mechanic where you get teleported to monsters is fine in theory, but having only one portal per map makes no sense. This teleportation comes with a huge risk and often leads to almost certain death. So how are we supposed to clear maps effectively when we only have a single entry point? There’s clearly a big gap here. Bringing an item designed for POE1 into POE2 without adjusting the gameplay rules has thrown off its balance. The developers really need to re-evaluate how this item works in POE2. The game was designed to be a different experience, and unless their vision is to turn it back into another POE1, they need to rethink how these legacy items function in the new system.
