Soft Locked after interacting with a shrine

So was Mapping with a mate, and I interacted with a Lightning shrine in a room. That then caused me to lose the ability to roll, as well as use any abilities or attacks. I was able to run around for a bit while my attacks were locked but then I eventually got glued to a corner that it'd repeatedly slingshot me back to. I was unable to Portal or leave said corner. Eventually my mate died and I was able to leave by teleporting directly to him, and as a result I regained full control. I'll include a video of me being stuck cause maybe you'll see something I didn't that was causing it.
