Perfect Exalt Orb not perfecting

Slammed perfect exalted orb on an ilvl 81 bow with combination of omen of sinistral exaltation and received a T4 flat phys? Have i missed reading something or...? Does the omen calcel out the perfect exalt?  Last bumped on Oct 21, 2025, 4:15:40 PM

T4 Flat phy is item level 54
Perfect Exalt will give mods that are item level 50 or higher. What's the bug? |

The problem is me not reading the minimum level, i thought it was 70, like the perfect transmunte.

In this thread's defense- Perfect exalt are PRICEY, and rare. I think it should be adjusted to guarantee T3 or better(I'd love it if it was T2 /T1).
