Runes (Elemental Res)

Shouldn't low- and mid-tier runes be more accessible to newbs? Don't they seem a bit *too* dry this season? (Not complaining about high-tier drop-rates)

And to get to my main reason for coming here, is it me or are the highest tier rune for elemental res too low?

The drop rates during the campaign for ele res runes is most definitely too low

They were defenitly very low drop rate imo during the campaign this season. I struggled a bit until the first interlude with the merchant.
Not sure if it's an impression or if they changed them. Was sometimes i didnt restart fresh before that and kinda forgot so not sure.

I think the % of resistance stayed the same as before but the +% damage on weapons have been reduce.
Wouldnt mind them being a bit higher for sure but in end game once you manage to get your resist on gear you dont really use them anymore. I only use them when i swap a piece of gear and i miss res until i can fix that with another one.

it is actually not low compared to what it used to be after recent patches.

you will definitely get more as you progress in the game. i dont think its not that beneficial in the beginning until you get closer to the later acts.

fyi, there is a vendor in the last mini acts that sells the highest tier once for cheap.
