I hope you improve your poe2

I'm a Korean user who started playing poe2.
I've done Diablo 4 and Torchlight Infinite.
I bought a 100,000 won package from the start, and I also bought the most expensive Laklast package shortly after. Recently, I also bought the most expensive Tratus executioner package. That's how fun and affectionate poe2 is.

But there's a problem that I feel is too big for poe2.

First, switching between mouse & keyboard and gamepad is so inconvenient.
You have no choice but to use a mouse and keyboard when making items or using an exchange, but you have to log out every time. Hasn't the poe2 crew played Diablo 4? Diablo 4 adapts to the controller I enter and changes the game right away.
I want to map it with a gamepad and make an item with a mouse... but I end up not using a gamepad because I'm lazy.

Secondly, I want to stop pushing the beggar act.
Do you show dramatic videos and stories like Diablo every season? What do users gain from pushing the act? I'll just sort of clear the act at first. However, it is very difficult for an office worker to have to clear the act by spending 5 to 7 hours to play the sub-character without anything exceptional.
In the end, the fun of ARPG is in the process of completing my build, which is so much fun until the middle of the build, but the change is minimal as it progresses to the extreme end, but the amount of farming grows exponentially. By developing sub-characters in the process, you'll be able to survive some boring parts. This game ends up quitting without even starting sub-characters. I hope you don't have to clear the act, at least as much as sub-characters.

Third, I love that the graphics get better and there are lots of different effects and skins. But before that, this is a game where the goal is to confront a lot of monsters and shoot or savor my skills. But how do I achieve my goal if I have a little more skills or monsters and the screen stops and stumbles?

Finally, please be serious about the direction of the game.
Whether it's a game called POE2 that's challenging like Dark Souls and gives you a sense of accomplishment in the clear itself, or more hitting and efficiency with my build that gets completed towards the end of the second half.
If it's going to get hard and boring, I'd just drop it right now. Is it just me? Many users will no longer have any particular interest if the direction of the game isn't decided.
If poe2 is a game that doesn't have the same coolness as Diablo 4, doesn't have the same convenience as Torchlight, doesn't have the same achievement for challenges as Dark Souls, and doesn't have the same satisfaction with hitting like no double eyelid games, then there's no reason to play this game anymore.
