Mounting Rhoa disables banner skills

Banner skills cannot gain glory or be used while riding the Rhoa. In addition, placing a banner then mounting the Rhoa will immediately remove the placed banner.

The Rhoa skill description mentions that only bow/spear/mark skills can be used, and I guess banners are Mercenary skills, but other spirit reservation skills work fine (Heralds, Cast on Crit, Charge Infusion, etc). Those are not active skills like banners, but even if we shouldn't be able to *place* a banner while on the Rhoa I would at least expect banners to gain glory and for placed banners to remain.
