No Ascendancy Points received after completing 2nd Trial

Here is what happened:
- I finished the 2nd trial successfully around level 50.
- I received the reward chest at the end.
- I clicked the statue to allocate the Ascendancy Points, but no points appeared. I had to log out at some point, when I logged back in, the trial area was closed, and I cannot re-enter it. I still have 0 Ascendancy Points available to allocate.

How can i get the points or do the trial again?
