Network spikes

Game is unplayable for me, network graph showing spikes up to 70000 and the game freezes and i wind up dead...

hopefully someone can tell me what is the issue with my connection... not happening in any other game other than poe2, ive tried all the random fixes like sound channel count to low and shader size to 100ggb, nothing helped...
