SPIRIT POINTS NOT AWARDED

Dears, in the Poe 2 campaign, after killing Ignagduk, the Bog Witch, I didn't get the 30 Spirit Points. I tried replaying the quest twice more, but the boss didn't drop the Spirit Points item. I tried removing the items and equipping them again, but it didn't help. This is very annoying, as I don't want to replay the entire campaign to get these points. Furthermore, my character is severely penalized for not having Spirit Points.

I took two photos where one of my characters, FabiusGenesis, had the spirit points as usual, while my character FabiusK did not have them.

Is the spirit item in your Titan inventory?

I don’t have any item from the quest. I have an Amulet with 38 spirit in order to have enough spirit for buff skills. I have 30 spirit from quest act 1 and 38 spirit from Amulet. I did the quest act 3 killing Ignagduk the bog witch but I had not received any item dropped by her, so I have not 30 spirit because of this bug
