Failed to connect to instance

Suddenly got booted while in the well of souls. Can't log in on this character, others still work. Changing servers did not help, any idea what to do?

Same here, my new character cant connect, still can on my main

Just went throug Twisted Domain. Almost killed the boss, but died. got booted to Login screen "failed to connect to instance".

things i tried:

- restart game and PC
- reset my connection via cmd
- switch servers
- swap hideout

all to no avail.. this and the ever present freezes and crashes are annoying as hell. please fix the game...

I've the same problem, did all this:
CMD codes:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

Chose a different server, restarted my comp, verified my gaming files.

I lost 3 x T15 maps in the process to no avail, are they even monitoring this problem?

And it seems to be hideout related as I can log in to my lvl 9 char who is currently not in the hideout. As soon as I go into my hideout the game crashes.

I can get into my Hideout just fine. Just not back into the map. I even tried to get in from the Ziggurat Refuge. Didnt work.

We've lost too many waystones. There's a problem.

I can neither connect to main char in hideout nor to freshly created char in the riverbank. I can connect to some other chars.
I can connect to another freshly created in riverbank but then got failed instance error on trying to go to clearfell from encampemnt. Can reconnect and make new istance thru instance manager but it takes precious time.
Are you as exited for racing today as I am? It's gonna be something.
