Uniques- Feedback

SO, most uniques are absolute rubbish. Mostly used in niche builds. Not, all bad. It encourages players to use more balanced options.

BUT, this means most are destined to be chance shards.

THIS, being the case. Creates an unnecessary item loop. If most are disenchanted for shards. And, most are useless. The loop is pointless. Why not eliminate them from the item pool? Allowing, more USEFUL items to drop.
