Lost my crisis fragments

Just got through farming the crisis fragments and tried to enter the
arena when the game disconnected and said something like "cannot find
instances". When I managed to login the fragments were gone and I
can't enter the arena.

Is there anything I can do to get the fragments back? Can't really be bothered to find all the citadels all over again and can't afford to buy the fragments.
