Rhoa Is Destroying Every Build

what Rhoa will bring to you
1. 15% movement speed
2. 80% less movement penulty when casting skills
3. Lightning Arrow + Nova Projectile to clear entire screen
4. Tornado Shot + Lightning Rod to kill Boss/Rare monster


I think Rhoa brings too much advantage over other BD.
it has both map clean speed and assault fortified positions abilities.

maybe 50% players are using this build.

make every class able to use rhoa with any weapon then there will be more build diversity

Instead of making other builds fun, you want to make this build less fun for others?

I didn't know Rhoa came with FOTM ranger skills, nice! /s

Statistically my friend who plays meta LA Rhoa build dies way more often than me, so I will take my slower ,self-made, off-meta build that kills everything anyways.

Points 3 and 4 have nothing to do with Rhoa...

How about folks post crying about the dozens of useless skills instead of one of the few good(and impactful) ones?
