Omen cache not openable in the darkwood.

I've received the two rewards and it is checked off one the reward UI. An unopened cache is showing that can not be interreacted with, possible because I did not pick the two up in the same session.

Having things that look interactable but are not is not ideal, particularly when in combat. Another example of this is sarcophagus in act2 which may be bugged and sometimes doesn't open. It can be viewing as interactable, but repeated clicking does not interact.
