Darkness enthroned bug?

The (Shield) variant of Darkness Enthroned belt doesn’t work properly with the Ox Talisman’s & Block Implicit Quarterstaff, the increased block chance doesn’t show an increase Wondering if it’s just a visual Bug or if it’s actually bugged.

Apparently, the block chance increase from the talisman is a shield's local modifier (increases the base shield block value, not the overall value), so it can't be applied to the quarterstaff block.
