[BUG - Boss Atlas Passive] Missing Skill Point after multiple AL 82 Boss Kills

I am consistently failing to receive the Map Boss Skill Point Book (Vanquisher's Book of Knowledge) for one of the highest Area Level tiers, despite successfully defeating Map Bosses under the required maximum level conditions multiple times.

I have attempted all known combinations to achieve the highest possible area levels, and the book has failed to drop on every successful kill. I currently have [8 / 10] Boss Passive Points, and the missing points are for the [AL 81 / AL 82] requirement.

Attempts Made (All with T16 Waystone and 6+ Modifiers):

- AL 82 Attempt (Irradiated):

Setup: T16 (80) + Cleansed/Corrupted Node (+1) + Irradiated Tablet (+1).
Result: Map Level 82 was displayed. Boss killed. Book did not drop.

- AL 82 Attempt (Organized Forces):

Setup: T16 (80) + Cleansed/Corrupted Node (+1). No Irradiated Tablet. Organized Forces Passive (+1) was active.
Result: Map Level 82 was displayed. Boss killed. Book did not drop.

- Citadel Boss Kill (Required Condition):

Setup: Citadel Map Boss (e.g., Count Geonor, Jamanra) with a T16 Waystone and 6 or more modifiers.
Result: Boss killed. Book did not drop.

I have ensured my inventory was not full during these kills. Since the final 2 points are traditionally granted by the Arbiter of Ash kill, and I have completed this, I am blocked by a bug that is preventing the points from being awarded after meeting all progression requirements.

Please investigate this as a high-priority issue affecting Atlas progression.

Go to your atlas skill tree and hover the 8/10 points. It tells you what you have and haven't done. What haven't you done?

With 0.3.1 they added powerful map bosses, so may need to use a boss tablet too

Have you read the new requirements?

Yes, but I had misinterpreted the request, in the chat within the game I asked some players and I managed to resolve it and I already got the missing points
