Constant "Failed to connect to instance" since this morning

As the title says, I have been getting those non-stop.

Things I have tried
> Loading other characters > Changing servers > Restarting game |

This is making the game unplayable for me. I have spend a solid 30 minutes trying to get into "Halls of the dead".

Spent another 30 minutes trying today with no result.

Somehow got me in now, it seems to be random...
