Failed to connect to instance.

Hello guys!

While I was playing toady and doing maps I tried to do a new map and I suddenly couldnt and got the error above. It only happens when I try to teleport into the map. I can log in and play as usual.
What i have tried so far without no help:
1.Tried to change server.
2. Tried to flush my dns and all the internet stuff from cmd.
3.Verify the game files again from steam.

All that with no luck.
Any ideas?
