failed to connect to instance

I'm playing with a friend through the campaign and are encountering a instance crash.
Any zone we are trying to zone into gives the same error message and returns us to login screen.
"Failed to connect to instance"
Please fix.


Edit: seems fixed for now.

+1 Also just started getting this on a map I just opened trying to get into sinking spire and it times out boots me to logon with a can't connect to instance error.

same here. cant do or go anywhere

i just killed doriyani and cant seem to enter ziggurat after... and not i cant even connect the game with my character.

UPD: Now happens when I join the game when entering hideout: failed to connect to instance

UPD: Happens on all realms I tested: Amsterdam, Milan, Washington, Singapore

+1 unexpected error wile trying to enter map

Hi, I can't play anymore. I opened the stone citadel and it kicked me out of the server. After many attempts to do it, I tried to open another one but it kept kicking me out of the server. I can't play. I hope you can solve this problem as soon as possible.

+1 started experiencing this, cannot enter maps. After some time they get marked as failed. Very annoying, but assuming it's server side issue? 😕

Same issue when trying to enter the Abyssal Depths from my map, cannot return to hideout either.
