Chaos Trial Vulture

Can you please delete/remove/obliterate that stupid vulture boss in Chaos Trials? I am at level 87 and I am able to kill everything except this ridiculous vulture. It doesn't get pinned. Flies off whenever it wants. Summons a tornado that deals a ton of damage and the worst attack is its wing attack which absolutely cannot be dodged. I got hit while I was dodge rolling. This was the same in the first league and then in one of the patches it was nerfed a little. But its back to its stupidly powerful self. Heck, Trialmaster's attacks are easier to dodge than this and he is supposed to be the final boss in Temple of Chaos.
