A Button prompt for controller was great before you changed it for some reason

Used to be able to open a portal and immediately press A without navigation on controller. Now, it just sucks. You have to navigate to talk to NPCs like Una standing in the Grim Tangle even. It's horrible. Please revert to what you had before the last big patch. Don't know why you'd change it. It's one thing to need to navigate with the stick. It's another thing for it to take several attempts to highlight what you want to get the A button prompt.
