Change the relationship between waystones and tablets to consider tablet strength

Instead of the number of tablets, consider the power of the tablets.

Unique Tablets have a power of 2.
Blue tablets have a power of 1
White tablets have no power.

The number of waystone modifiers required is equal to the total power of the tablets.

just remove towers and tablets

ez fix to get everyone on the same page so class imbalance can be looked at better

I just want an Atlas Node saying:

"You cannot use tablets, random encouters are disabled in your map" +30% more pack size

I would take it no questions asked.

I just hate to use consumables and despise all mechanics that make you stop and backtrack or visually clutter the screen.

In Poe1 i always took the nodes that disabled all league encounters.
