Server Crash Oct 16, 2025, 11:25 PM EEST - Lost Valuable Item, Rise of the Abyssal.

I experienced a server crash on Oct 16, 2025, ~11:25 PM EEST while playing "DrKaiserPhilTheThird" League Rise of the Abyssal (Softcore). I was playing in the Trial of the Sekhemas, just defeated Zarokh, which propped various loot, including the Unique Relic "The Desperate Alliance Vase Relic", I went towards my loot chest to drop off my loot inside my chest (incluiding the "The Desperate Alliance Vase Relic", then went back to the trial, opened a few reward chests and then the game crashed. I logged in again a few minutes later, checked my loot but noticed that "The Desperate Alliance Vase Relic" was missing.

Could you please investigate? If possible, I’d appreciate item restoration. Thanks for your help!

Just following up on this PoE 2 server crash issue from Oct 16, 2025 (~11:25 PM EEST). The valuable item Unique Relic "The Desperate Alliance Vase Relic" is still missing from my inventory DrKaiserPhilTheThird or my loot chest.

Any update would be greatly appreciated—thanks for your hard work during early access.

GGG will never restore items for any reason unfortunately.
