Please Remove The Random Numbers Generator From The Currency Exchange

It's one of the worst things that make no sense. It doesn't even stop at your max item stock, for example. If I had 3862 Divs, like it can randomly go to, I would be very happy, but I don't, lol.
And before you say you added this for console players, I am a console player and I also play on PC with a controller (so console interface), and I hate and it doesn't make sense. This is worse for console players, as you can't easily enter amounts on console as you do on PC and you waste time setting up your transaction, only for the randomizer to kick in and mess it up, or worse, kick in right as you click on Place Order and sell for much less. Yeah, I don't know what's going on there. It doesn't need to be so constantly reactive. Why doesn't it (if it has to do something) set the ratio to like the 48hr-avg most favorable ratio or something. Maybe a toggle-able setting for 48hr-avg or sell-now. I'm strictly M+KB after trying Controller for like 5sec during DotH and nope'ing out of there. It's really annoying to have the ui sperging out on you.
Or maybe instead of adjusting the input boxes outside of your control, it can be like a little drop-down when the box is active. So it's easily accessible, but doesn't wrest control from the Player. Don't get lost by being so focused on the target that you forget to enjoy your surroundings.

It's not random, it gives you the first non decimal amount available of the "I have" currency so you dont lose stuff on exchanging and make it faster.
Example: 1 annul = 4.5 perfect exalted It goes straight to 2 annull to make it 9 because your request could stall there and never meet the ratio. So it seems at least... |

What random number generator you're talking about? It's giving you the current value for both currencies you're exchanging. If it's 1:2 it will give you 1:2, but if it's something like 1 for 1.83 then the game has to compensate for it being uneven since the game can't give you a broken currency
Instead of using 2 divines to buy 1 perfect exalted, it will offer you to buy 6 for 11 instead so that you don't lose money |

The bigger issue here is that it keeps updating the ratios while you are typing. Resulting in some asinine numbers appearing in the input fields.
Fix: do not auto-update the numbers if the cursor is in the input box. |

" " I'm not talking parity matching, that's not a problem. At least on console and console interface on PC (not sure if PC interface is the same, as I don't play with mouse and keyboard), the amounts get randomly generated after a certain amount of time. I enter that I sell 1 Div for 1K Exalts, if I don't click on Place Order in time, the numbers can randomly turn to some outlandish numbers, like 3000 Divines for Exalts equivalent. It happens randomly. Sometimes I had to re-enter the amounts 2-3 times. It also happened that I bought more of the same items than I actually needed. I wanted 2, system randomized to 16 as I was clicking on Place Order. " Exactly. If my cursor is in the input box, stop it, or just completely remove it and just leave the parity matching based on enter amount on one side or the other. |
