Respec passive tree is a hassle

Especially when creating multiple characters and you want to test out some things or just adjust, why can't the hooded one be in the hideout from the point onwards, when you save him in act 1?

I'm in act 4 and still there is no option to respec from hideout.
You always have to deal with the annoying loading screens to access acts to go to the hooded one for respeccing your passive tree/ascendancy.

If it was me, I would get rid of that NPC dependant option anyways. I would make it so you can do that all by accessing your passive tree.

I just don't see a point in being dependant on a NPC in the year 2025, to respec your skills... leave akara in diablo 2, and move on...
