Rakiata flow and Choir of storm

I have a question about how damage calculating work if the skill has Rakiata flow and Choir of storm jade amulet equipped at the same time.
Assumed as critical hit chance is 100% so the skill always dealt critical damage also example that target has 50% lightning resistance. My question is if a lightning skill that critical hit will it ignored target’s lightning resistance (count as 0%) or it will inverted to -50% instead ? This will be inverted to -50% and then ignored (0%). Or immediately ignored. It doesn't matter, the result is 0%.
