Pitching an idea in my head, would be a waste if I didn’t send it

Hello, I am a long time poe1 and now poe2 player. I love the game, the rng and obv the myth the game has. This is definitely the ultimate arpg on the market. So I had a idea, not far fetched from how one of your seasonal mechanics work and wanted to pitch an idea that maybe you can improve upon and maybe even make a league out of it in poe2. I know it’s just in beta, but the theme/idea comes from poe1, anime such as solo leveling and sword art online.

Delv: delv is a theme where players can infinitely explore underneath and fight monsters and bosses alike at higher difficulty as you progress further down. You have to find torches to explore areas to find fossils and explore to get loot. It in itself is a great gameplay loop/mechanic.

Solo leleving/SAO: the theme of these anime is they go into a dungeon to hit power curves via ‘climbing’ the tower to gain exponential growth as they progress. Each dungeon has an end boss, with rewards as you complete the boss.

With these two in mind, delv goes down into the depths to explore the darkest of the mine at an infinite level. The theme of the anime’s are where a player goes up a castle/tower to gain power.
My idea here is, with the current removal of towers, you can bring back towers in a infinite setting, like delv, but going up into the tower/castle and have infinite source of floor boss/monsters climbing up the tower. You can tune monster damage and bosses alike damage reduction/hp/damage as you climb each floor and the difficulty increases every level you go up. You can maybe add seasonal league mechanic each 10-50levels of floors you progress and gain rewards at the end, after beating the floor boss. I know this isn’t the sharpest of ideas, but I had a thought that maybe you guys can implement for maybe more end game mechanics that players can play with GGG’s touch and reiteration of this theme, it could be very good end game loot. It’s not the sharpest of ideas but I had to pitch the idea as it is stuck in my head, and I think that with your iteration could be a huge success into adding more activities at the end game, but another ‘delv’ like mechanic that goes up a tower/castle. You may not be anime fans, idk, but the theme aspect of increasing power via going up a tower is in us all. Zero to hero, climbing a tower to gain items and loots, is a power fantasy that I think anyone would like. I would like any game to have a infinite tower where a players can go up, defeating monsters and bosses. The higher you go, the harder the boss. Same theme as going from act 1-10*. But the tower will be the opposite of delv, going into the sky. It could fit right into the lore of the game and you can add new monster types and bosses.. maybe angels. Maybe later on, you can have a league where angels and devils fight amongst each other..

I just had to get this off my chest/head, I think this would have been a waste. Ideas to better your end game loop and to bring fun game play mechanics and add to your lore and world. It’s not rocket science, I know, but I think GGG is the only game company on the planet that can make an infinite tower where player meets monster/boss to challenge themselves on boss fights. The higher the floor you are on, the more damage reduction % boss would have, so players gear will get capped off at a certain point, but will make it time consuming and have the player really see boss mechanics and act accordingly. If you don’t dodge at floor, let’s say, 1000, you will get one tapped. Maybe also, like poe1, you can influence the tower with breach stones, deli shards, to influence the type of tower/castle you will have to face.

This is just an idea of a person that thinks poe1/poe2 is an amazing game. I hope it wouldn’t hurt to pitch out an idea that could be great with your iteration. I love your game, only want the best for it, and I think with your touch, the tower/castle could be a sick addition to your game. Whether poe1 or 2, it could be super badass addition, theme: going up an infinite tower, which you can influence, and fight all bosses in the game. Sorry for the long ass post, and hope this idea can make way into your game.
