Server Crash Oct 16, 2025, 11:50 PM EEST - Lost Valuable Item. Rise of the Abyssal (Softcore

Hi GGG Support,
I experienced a server crash on Oct 16, 2025, ~11:50 PM EEST while playing "DrKaiserPhilTheThird" League Rise of the Abyssal (Softcore). I was playing in the Trial of the Sekhemas, just defeated Zarokh, which propped various loot, including the Unique Relic "The Desperate Alliance Vase Relic", (I believe went to town to drop off my loot inside my chest) then went back to the trial, opened a few reward chests and then the game crashed. I logged in again a few minutes later, checked my loot but noticed that "The Desperate Alliance Vase Relic" was missing.

Could you please investigate? If possible, I’d appreciate item restoration. Thanks for your help!
