PS5 PRO - Performance Issues

Hello I am playing POE2 on PS5 PRO and the performance is literally horrible. No matter what setting I have it set to, PSSR Quality/Performance.No Upscale 3840x2160 all the way down to 1080p the game lags whenever there is a high number of characters on screen not only this but the sound becomes distorted also even when the volume count is set to low. its becoming unplayable.

I Have a wired 1tb internet connection and every other game plays fine. I have tried switching servers in the EU and nothing appears to work. Could you please let me know what the best settings for PS5 Pro are so i can adapt to them.
