Upwelling gem doesnt seem to be working with Inspiring ally passive node

Your minions deal increased damage (just as the wording on the passive node) while you are not on full mana while a supported skill is active.

Inspiring Ally only works with mods that explicitly specify companions ("% increased Companion Damage")
