Scaling uniques?

Can they make some of the 'early' uniques scale up?
Cause some of them sound pretty cool or have some cool interesting effects that I'd like to just play around with, but then it's got something like 20 energy shield or evasion slapped on it and it's just... what is that even going to do for me at level 90+

Even if it had like HALF the value of an actual item at item level 73 it would be so much better, so like if it would scale up from 20 to 203 energy shield based on level, like damn give me something to work with, fuck I'd accept even a THIRD of the value.

EDIT: Or even a system where I can drop the same unique but as a higher item level later on in the game would be welcome!

I have the same feeling, I would like to test unique items at least, but with the current stats they are just trash in the endgame (most of them even filtered by the items filters...)

GGG please fix your uniques. We dont like finding golden trash in tier 15 maps.
