Abyss spawn

As it is now abysses can spawn everywhere... even in boss locations. Please make the boss arena of maps abyss-free zones cause its very annoying when you enter the arena, the boss awakens and you still have 50+ other monsters that specialize in freezing, slowing and chaos damage on top of a boss fight
