Tor Gul, the Defiler interaction with Mana Remnants

Upon leveling a mana character base, I have encountered an interaction where mana remnant spawns from crit hits during Tor Gul that can't be collected due to the remnants always spawning in the middle of the hole where the boss's body is located. Very mild annoyance, but clearly unintended interaction.
